MOBILE MARATHON 2006
Mobile Marathon 2006 is a two-week event taking place during this years Roskilde Festival.
We have organized Mobile Marathon 2006 to give participants a chance to show and tell their own story from the festival. Basically: the festival seen from the mud.
We give the 100.000 people on the festival a frame and chance to show and tell how they experience the festival to their friends, family and the rest of the world.
All you have to do to participate in Mobile Marathon 2006 is to subscribe by sending an sms to 1231 with the text: sejt your_emailaddress (in english: cool your_emailaddress :).
Participants get back an sms with a personal emailaddress they can send their photos to and a username and password they can use to login on mobilmarathon.dk and add add photos and text to their personal story.
Participants send or upload a minimum of five photos to mobilmarathon.dk and add text to the photos via their mobile phone or mobilmarathon.dk. The stories are assessed and rewarded for the quality of the whole story, and how well the photos, texts are associated and presented to tell a story.
The winners are rewarded with tickets to the Roskilde Festival 2007.
